How many time will my temporary email inbox last?

It lasts 3 days on the free plan, 7 days with the Basic plan and 30 days with the Pro plan.

What's your refund policy?

Refunds are valid within 2-hours after the time of purchase and only applies to the first payment we receive. To request a refund, please email us at hello@klazify.com with your purchase information. Once we receive the information, a credit will be issued back to the credit card used to purchase the software.

How do I change my payment method?

Go to the "Billing" section on your dashboard. There you can update your credit card information. If you are using PayPal, you must make the change directly on your PayPal account.

Can I delete the temporary email associated to my account?

You receive one temporal email for your free account. If you want to create more or delete one of your own, you need to upgrade to a subscription plan.
